This privacy policy has been drafted with one objective: to present to you the reasons why and the conditions under which the Gojob company (hereinafter “Gojob”) collects and processes your personal data and in particular that of your employees, in accordance with the legislation on the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter “RGPD”).

The person responsible for processing your personal data
In accordance with regulations, we inform you that the entity that decides on and organizes the processing of your personal data carried out on Gojob sites and/or applications (the “data controller”) is the Gojob company. As part of our relationship, please note that Gojob will be responsible for all processing carried out internally, in particular for :
- send you our communications,
- send you information about Gojob products and services,
- respond to your requests via our website or any other communication channel.
Nevertheless, we will be jointly responsible with you for the signing of the contract we enter into together.

Categories of personal data processed
Categories of personal data commonly processed
By personal data, we mean any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person, in accordance with Article 4, 1) of the RGPD. This data, which also concerns the professional data of natural persons, may include the following data:
- identification data :
- in the use of the website: IP address, date and time of connection, cookies, correspondence exchanged with Gojob, where applicable;
- in the relationship with Gojob: first and last name(s), telephone, e-mail and postal contact details, professional details (company, position, etc.)…
and any other personal data required by law or regulation.
Sources of personal data processed by Gojob or on its behalf
Gojob collects your data by one or more of the following methods:
- directly from you;
- with Gojob partners;
- from publicly available professional sources (such as Linkedin);
- from certain third parties providing services to Gojob.
In each case, you will be informed of the fate of your personal data.
In addition, at all stages and in all our forms, the personal data which are essential to us in order to achieve the purposes below will be indicated by an asterisk (*).
Purposes of personal data processing and legal basis
Personal data is collected solely for legitimate and relevant business purposes, and all reasonably necessary measures are taken to ensure that personal data processed by Gojob is protected, accurate and up-to-date. Your data may be processed by Gojob for the following purposes:
Managing contact requests on Gojob sites
The personal data you provide on our online contact forms will be processed for the following purposes:
- to contact you,
- analyze your needs,
- make you a commercial proposal, if applicable.
The legal basis for processing personal data for the purposes referred to in paragraph 3.2 is the performance of pre-contractual measures.
Communication and marketing management
Gojob may use your contact details for marketing and/or sales prospecting purposes in particular:
- send you our communications
- send you information on Gojob products and services by email,
- telephone or to your business postal address.
You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time via a mechanism provided for this purpose.
The legal basis for processing personal data for the purposes referred to in paragraph 3.7 above is our legitimate interest in using this data for prospecting purposes for the products and services we offer.
Management of internal investigations, audits and procedures
Gojob may also process your personal data for the purposes of :
- management of surveys and/or internal audits and/or external audits and actions to demonstrate or improve Gojob’s compliance with the requirements of its sector, partners or customers;
- carrying out activities related to establishing or defending the rights and interests of Gojob and/or its clients, in particular for the purpose of obtaining legal advice in the context of current or potential legal proceedings involving Gojob or one of its clients.
The legal basis for processing personal data for the purposes referred to in paragraph 3.8 above is Gojob’s legitimate interest in protecting itself and its customers from legal risk, in particular due to unreported non-compliance with contractual or legal obligations.
Compliance management
Gojob may also process your personal data for the following purposes:
- to ensure or maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations, particularly in the social, tax and accounting fields;
- to cooperate in connection with or in view of any proceedings, requests or investigations by governmental, administrative, judicial or regulatory authorities involving Gojob and to respond to any questions or requests from such authorities to Gojob.
The legal basis for processing personal data for the purposes referred to in paragraph 3.9 above is Gojob’s compliance with legal and/or regulatory obligations to which Gojob is subject.
Promotion of Gojob’s image and services
Subject to your specific consent, your personal data, in particular your image, may be the subject of videos, photos, prints, publications, and be disseminated on the Internet, on Gojob platforms or may be used by Gojob, for internal or external use for the following purposes:
- for dissemination, communication, promotion or public relations purposes;
- for distribution to Gojob customers, users and suppliers, for example in communications, newsletters, brochures, catalogs and other presentations;
- for Gojob events organized internally or externally, even abroad;
- for reproduction and publication on the Internet and/or any other type of electronic or non-electronic medium (including, by way of example, but without limitation, printing, brochures).
The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in paragraph 3.10 above will be your specific prior consent (obtained, for example, via an ad hoc form).
Recipients of personal data
In order to process personal data for the purposes described above, such data may be communicated to the following persons, within the limits of the data necessary for the performance of their tasks and role:
- any authorized Gojob employee responsible for customer management;
- any authorized Gojob employee responsible for communications and marketing
- any authorized Gojob employee responsible for the company’s accounting and financial management;
- our subcontractors performing services on our behalf (e.g. marketing agency, hosting provider);
- any governmental, administrative, judicial or regulatory authority;
How long we keep your personal data
Your personal data will only be kept for as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In general, Gojob will keep :
- your personal data for 3 years from the date of your last contact with us;
- personal data related to the execution of the contract, for the duration of each corresponding contract in the so-called “active” database and for the legal prescription period in the so-called “intermediate” archive, i.e. accessible to a very limited number of people within Gojob, and for the defense of Gojob’s interests to meet the requirements of the law, a regulation, a court order, or to cooperate in an investigation or legal proceedings.

Transfer of personal data outside the European Union
Gojob uses a number of subcontractors located outside the European Union (Linkedin, Hubspot, etc.).
Most of these subcontractors process your data in the United States. At the very least, we sign the European Commission’s “standard contractual clauses” with these service providers, enabling the secure transfer of your data and guaranteeing that it is processed in compliance with European regulations.
Exercising your rights
In accordance with Article 13 and Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, Gojob informs you that:
You have the right to request access to your personal data as well as information on the purposes of the processing, the category of personal data processed, the persons or categories of persons to whom they have been or will be communicated (with an indication of the possibility that these persons may be in third countries or international organizations), insofar as possible, the length of time personal data is kept or the criteria used to determine this length of time, the existence of your rights to rectify and/or erase personal data, to limit processing and to object to processing, the origin of the data, its existence and the logic applied in the case of automated decision-making processes. If you exercise this right, and unless you indicate otherwise, you will receive an electronic copy of your personal data being processed.
You have the right to have your personal data corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
You have the right to obtain the erasure of your personal data, if one of the conditions of Article 17 of the GDPR is met (for example: if your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, if you decide to withdraw your consent to the processing – if this constitutes the legal basis – and if there is no other legal basis for the processing itself, if you contest the processing and no other legitimate interest of the controller prevails, if your personal data is processed unlawfully) ;
You have the right to obtain the restriction of the processing of your personal data 1) for the time necessary for Gojob to verify the accuracy of your personal data (if you have contested them), or 2) if the processing of personal data is unlawful and you request the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of their erasure, or 3) when Gojob no longer needs your personal data, but it is necessary for you to verify, exercise or defend a legal claim, or, finally, 4) for the time necessary to assess whether the legitimate grounds of the controller possibly prevail over yours, if you have objected to the processing of your personal data in accordance with point f) below;
You have the right to obtain your personal data in a structured, commonly used and automatically readable format also in order to transmit them to another data controller, if the processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out by automated means (right to data portability). If you wish, you can ask Gojob to transfer your personal data directly to the other data controller, if this is technically possible;
You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if it is carried out in accordance with Article 6.1, e) (i.e. for the performance of a public task entrusted to the data controller) or Article 6.1, f) (to defend a legitimate interest of the data controller) of the GDPR, unless the data controller has legitimate grounds for carrying out the data processing, in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR. ;
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data based on your consent and carried out prior to your withdrawal;
You have the right to define general or specific directives relating to the conservation, deletion and communication of your personal data after your death; these directives are general or specific.
You may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL);
Any rectification or erasure of your personal data or any restriction of processing carried out at your request will be communicated by Gojob to each recipient to whom your personal data may have been transmitted in accordance with this information (in particular our customers), unless such communication proves impossible or requires disproportionate efforts.
