By deploying a virtual assistant powered by Mistral AI technology, we were able to cut the number of calls needed to identify the right candidate by a factor of 30. Where it used to take 100 phone calls, now it only takes 3. Recruiting time has been cut from days to minutes, with a direct impact on operational capacity: a single recruiter can now do the job that used to take 200.
This radical transformation didn’t happen overnight. We had already digitized a large number of administrative tasks – sorting CVs, checking documents, signing contracts. But it’s the automation of the most strategic stage, the candidate sourcing and pre-qualification phase, that marks a real turning point.
AI now takes charge of this critical step, identifying relevant profiles in the database, engaging in an SMS conversation to check their availability and qualifications, before passing on to recruiters only those candidates who are truly ready to be hired.
